Eligible Transactions executed through bad trading practices, as determined by Gate, such as wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or those that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be considered for cashback rewards.
Here is the list of codes that are not eligible for Cashback, including ATM withdrawals, and will be updated by Gate side from time to time.

2.Get Rewarded in USDT, BTC, ETH and GT
Your cashback rewards can now be freely selected in USDT, BTC, ETH, or GT. You can choose your preferred reward currency, and your cashback will be distributed in the selected cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of reward distribution. No need to worry about complicated redemption processes - your rewards will be sent to you in cryptocurrency of your choice.

6.Cashback Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Gate Crypto Card Cashback Programme Campaign offered by Gate exclusively to new users who have signed up with Gate card.
-To be eligible for the campaign, participants must have successfully completed KYC verification, all other onboarding procedures specified in the Gate App, and must comply with all campaign rules provided by Gate.

-Your rewards will be calculated based on each spend you’ve made in EURO using the Gate Crypto Card. It’s our way of rewarding you for using the Gate Crypto Card for your purchases.

-USDT rewards will be credited to the spot wallet daily after eligible transactions are made via Gate Crypto Card.

-If a customer requests a refund after we have already credited their USDT with cashback, we will deduct the relevant amount first from their USDT spot wallet and then from their future reward periods if there is no USDT available in their spot wallet.

-The USDT/EUR exchange rate used to administer the campaign will be determined at the sole discretion of Gate, around the time of cashback rewards distribution.

-Gate reserves the right to cancel or amend the rules of the affiliate program at our sole discretion.
