Gate.io - 丢失或被盗的卡片处理 - 冻结/解冻卡片及更换卡片指南

如果您不慎丢失了Gate Crypto Card,您可以通过临时冻结卡片来保护您的账户安全,操作简单,首先在Gate网站或App中登录账户,找到“冻结账户”选项,点击即可;如果卡片真正丢失、被盗或损坏,您可以申请更换新卡,登录Gate账户后找到“更换卡片”按钮,选择更换原因并确认配送地址,需支付相应的卡片更换费用,若有任何疑问,可随时联系客户服务团队获取帮助,确保您的资产安全和使用体验顺畅。

1.How to Freeze/Unfreeze Card?

If you happen to lose your physical Gate Crypto Card, don’t worry. You can temporarily freeze it until you locate it. Just follow these steps:

a.If you are using the Gate website, log in to your Gate account and click [Buy Crypto] - [Gate Card]. You can access it from the footer of the page: [Products] - [Gate Card]; You can find “Freeze the Account” button on the right side of the Gate Card page.

b.If you are using the Gate App, Log in to your Gate account and access the Card Dashboard.
i.Click the “three dots” button on the top right corner and select the “Freeze the account” option.
ii.In case you find your card later, you can easily “Unfreeze” it to resume regular usage.

If you come across any unauthorized transactions linked to your Gate card, we highly recommend taking immediate action by freezing the card.

2.How to replace a lost/broken card with a new card?

If your physical Gate Crypto Card is truly lost, stolen or simply broken, you can replace it with a new card.

a.If you are using the Gate website, log in to your Gate account and click [Buy Crypto] - [Gate Card]. You can access it from the footer of the page: [Products] - [Card]; You can find “Replace Card” button on the right side of the Gate Card page.

b.If you are using the Gate App, log in to your Gate account and navigate to the “Gate Card” section under “Finance”. Now, click on “Gate Card” and look for the “three dots” button on the top right corner and select the “Replace Card” option.


-Now you can choose a reason for “replace card”.
-If your card is lost or stolen, to replace it with a new card, your old card can no longer be used; If your card is broken, to replace it with a new card, your old card can still be used until your new card is received and activated.
-You then have to confirm your delivery address for the new replacement card delivery, and it will be synchronized with your Gate UAB KYC address.
-There would be a card replacement fee involved in replacing a new physical card. Please check the card replacement fee here. To order the new physical card, you have to pay the card replacement fee with the crypo balance in your Gate spot account.
